		<description>I agree with adding this (or any similar) course to primary education for EMTs and Paramedics.  I currently teach a paramedic program at Daytona State College and we include CPR, ACLS, PHTLS and PEPP within the program.  In addition, in our EMT academy the students are taught CPR, PHTLS, and EVOC.</description>
