On this episode of the EMSEduCast guest speaker is Jeff Anderson (jeffmedic@gmail.com) Paramedic Program Director at Bossier Parish Community College (http://www.bpcc.edu/).  Greg, Rob, and Bill speak with Jeff about his first year experience as a paramedic program director.  Jeff shares with us what went well, what he would have done differently, what he is going to do differently in the future, and general thoughts on someone suddenly thrust into the role of paramedic program position. We also had several interesting side conversations about Rob’s upcoming presentations at the NAEMSE Symposium, recognition of experienced employees, and availability of academic versions of popular ePCR software for students to learn and practice electronic charting.
