Once again a really interesting discussion. For me a very big point was mentioned by I think it was Bill, the educators knowledge of the stuff to teach has to be greater than the level you actually teach. A problem I am facing very often is, that i have to do a lot of research and only some time for the didactical preparation of the lessons I am going to teach. So I am looking forward to my rescuemed B.Sc., hope i can start this next year, its all about the money…
