John Dillon has been a paramedic for nearly three decades. He currently works for the Woodbury Public Safety Department in Minnesota as both an instructor and a paramedic before that John worked for a Hospital based 911 service for 25 years. John is known for his innovative use of graphics in his presentations and has a website dedicated to instructors called Visual Broccoli which helps instructors find ways to make their presentations more visually appealing. In addition to his EMS work, John is the founder of C3 SoftWorks, which creates training software and is located in Minneapolis.
