He currently works for the Woodbury Public Safety Department in Minnesota as both an instructor and a paramedic before that John worked for a Hospital based 911 service for 25 years. John is known for his innovative use of graphics in his presentations and has a website dedicated to instructors called Visual Broccoli which helps instructors find ways to make their presentations more visually appealing.
